Chapter 1
TIME CALIBRATORS
Sages Who Rescue Time
Although current books will not reveal it, modern humankind suffers a monumental predicament: we live in a constant state of historical discord and chaos. The true scope of this planet’s history is so far outside the parameters of fashionable teachings that archaeologists have already reached this conspicuous impasse: in the last decade, they have despaired of correlating the presently accepted model of history to their excavations.
In other words, our world’s history (as we have been taught to understand it), simply does not match our planet’s archaeological record. In fact, the more we dig up, the less we understand. Each time new treasures are uprooted from the earth, or scientifically examined and tested, a new challenge is presented; the pieces don’t fit our existing history.
Is this merely a modern history dilemma? No. It means the whole foundation of our knowledge about who we were and are today has toppled. Our study of history, ancient languages, customs, architecture, even our understanding of science, is all askew. We are literally tottering along in a false chronology of time, in a history crisis gone critical.
What Went Awry?
Our troubles start with a simple but treacherous supposition: most often, Ancient Sumeria is considered to be the world’s earliest known civilization.
Sumerians were Babylonian people, named after Sumer, an ancient region in the lower Euphrates river valley. Although their language has been extinct since the third century B.C., proofs of Sumerian lives and culture have been found on tablets and inscriptions, some dating back a thousand years before their language failed.
Their record appears impressive! But is it trustworthy? Therein lies the crux of our problem, for as their civilization grew, the Sumerians did not build a reliable history record. Instead, they fashioned a system of legend and superstition. In their tradition, Babylonians deified their forefathers, exaggerating their virtues and attributing to their legendary kings a longevity exceeding thirty-five thousand years.
Ancient Egypt, along with countless other nations, would follow after Sumeria’s example. They would rise and fall, their cultures would emerge and dissipate, knowledge would accelerate and slow. But without an accurate history none of these ancient kingdoms had a standard for the past, or purpose to destiny.
Even during pivotal times the ancients carried on as usual, regarding real history with disdain. They bragged of their antiquity, but their ruling monarchies would destroy the memory of previous kings and no continuous chronology would survive. No, not even in Egypt.
Can we ever hope to surmount the vastness and complexity of all these obstacles? Is there a way to repair our record of time and arrive at the truth of our past? The answer to both questions is a triumphant YES!
The Puzzle
A model of history is a lot like a giant puzzle spread out on your kitchen table, it’s pieces mixed and scattered. When you concentrate to solve only one section, it is usually difficult to sort through hundreds of elements to find a perfect fit. But when you gaze at all the pieces, a quick examination of the shapes, colors and boundaries provides immediate clues to its solution.
It is painfully obvious that our presently accepted model of history does not fit together. It simply doesn’t work. The equally obvious solution is to take the puzzle apart and begin again, taking special care to reexamine all the pieces, not reshaping or misplacing these valuable pieces as is today’s regretful practice.
In so doing, we immediately face a riddle: Is it possible that current history models have failed to recognize a primary and integral piece of our puzzle? Could there be remaining records of a civilization far more ancient than the Sumerians, who smiled at them as if they were children?
According to what is perhaps the oldest surviving account of humankind’s past, again the resounding answer is YES!
The Mists Of Time
From an age predating traditional history, there arose a family of sages whose prominence and renown extended through a time barrier, which today’s scholars deny and reject. Even though nearly every ancient society had legends of this time barrier, their accounts of it were so mixed with impossible and childlike absurdities, it was little wonder that today’s scholars reject their historicity.
Yet to our benefit, the ancient family of sages recorded the time barrier from a logical, scientific and eye witness account. Their rigorous program of record keeping in chronicles survives to this day.
Time Calibrators
As time progressed, the family developed a clever system which safeguarded their history. They incorporated their oral record into a system of memorials which included family customs, rituals and practices. But they didn’t stop there; to accurately remember their past, they developed writing. This cross-checking system ensured that if their libraries were destroyed, their culture would never disappear; ancient history would never be lost or forgotten, for it could be recovered by cognizance of the family’s ceremonies and traditions.
Because these sages meticulously recorded family lineage and sequence of events, other tribes held their antiquity in valued esteem, for with meticulous penstrokes, the family also incorporated the histories of the nations into their log. Thus they came to be the living calibrators of time.
Profane History Begins
Age after age would pass before the family ever reached the era of profane history, but still their word endured.
According to their record, these scholars, philosophers and thinkers had existed two millennia before the ancient Sumerians and Egyptians emerged. And according to their custom, they faithfully recorded the origins and founders of both of these younger civilizations. Truly, this family of sages was the standard bearers of time.
Who were these time calibrators, and where is their record? Today we know them as the “house of Hebrew sages,” the authors of what we have come to recognize as the Old Testament of that Book, the Bible.
Church Historians
Church historians have long relied on the accuracy of the Bible reports. It is due to their trust in those accounts that the flaw in our historical record was first noticed.
The seriousness of the world’s history problem seems to have been recognized during the Christian era of the Dark Ages. Church fathers in those days were more interested in constructing an accurate biblical chronology than synchronizing Hebrew history with Egypt, Babylonia, or other ancient cultures.
Yet, as they expanded their chronologies, they were forced to deal with nations which affected the Hebrews. They began their search for historical links by matching prominent events common to diverse kingdoms, searching for common names and places. But as they proceeded, the only continuous written chronology was that preserved by the House of Sages, the ancient house of Eber (Hebrew).
Fatal Errors
By placing the fragments of other national records against this longtime proven gauge, these early church fathers had hoped to achieve a universal view of history. One of the common points they used was the era of Hebrew slavery in Egypt. They saw where Hebrew slaves were set to build the treasure cities of Ramses, and associated the Ramazoid Dynasty with the era of Moses.
This fatal association would prove to be the greatest historical blunder in all recorded time, for since that time, it is this one logical mistake which has permeated all modern historical models and tables, literally distorting history on a global scale.
Finally, the time has arrived when we can discard our preconceived traditions and prejudices about history. Today we can set before us the base data of newly acquired archaeological digs, and recombine it with the ancient records.
The Quest Begins
We now enter an exciting quest to repair the record of time. On the way, we shall discover that contrary to today’s popular belief, history is not boring; it is vibrant and vital to our destiny.
By using ancient Egypt as our framework, and replacing faulty suppositions with superior conclusions, we will uncover one astounding repetitive fact: the House of Hebrew Sages is intricately and permanently interwoven into Egypt’s past. As we literally reassemble and correct our presently accepted historical illness, these time calibrators will step from their ancient past and heal even our destiny.
To begin, we need to acquaint ourselves with the time standard used today, namely Egypt. As we shall discover, modern historians have abandoned the Sages’ data and have constructed their own time temple from scattered Egyptian data. So we must commence by familiarizing ourselves with ancient Egypt, the current standard of history. At first our task is laborious, but necessary before we enter the real and exciting adventure: confirming the presence of the Sages of Ancient Egypt, while using Egypt’s own records to prove it.
